Shipping Policy

All merchandise is shipped daily from Monday through Friday at 3:00 pm (PST). We will make our best effort to ship all orders received before 2:00 pm (PST) the same day. All shipments are subject to stock availability.

Inksale.com does not ship to PO Box addresses.

Return Policy

All items except otherwise mentioned, may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date. There is no restocking fee for qualified returns. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 30 days. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

We do not accept returns via COD or billed to us in any way.

A return authorization number is required for all returns. To receive a RMA number please e-mail the RMA Department When applying for a RMA number, please include your name, invoice number, reason for the return, email address and phone number. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from date of issuance. Please ensure that the RMA number is visible on your return packing label. Any return or exchange without the RMA number will NOT be accepted.
